The core of our staff is College, University, Junior Players and Professional Players from the AHL, Europe, other Minor Leagues and former NHL players. Many are former students and all are qualified to teach or assist in the implementation of our program and its philosophies. The staff is assisted by various Professional Players and Minor Hockey players on a mentoring basis. We have two shifts of on ice instructors with a morning crew for the AM ice times and a second shift for the PM ice times. Those instructors are assisted by the Rovers who are instructors that follow either Group A, B or C, all week. The Rovers attend not only the on ice sessions with their group, but they also go to classroom and Phys Ed with the students. The students will get to know those instructors very well by the end of their session. For the Group A students, who are the youngest in the camp as well as the Group B students, the Rovers also come through the dressing rooms and will assist students who need help tying up their skates, snapping on a helmet or pulling on their jersey. The Rovers are on hand to assist the students in all the groups. They serve a valuable role in helping the students be comfortable and enjoy their session.
