Sylvan Lake Hockey Summer Camp

Room and Board
Room and Board is available for both Jasper Sessions and only the Women & Girls Camp in Sylvan Lake.

Room and board available as follows:

Sylvan Lake Goaltenders Camp Session 1 - June 29 to July 2, 2012
Sylvan Lake Hockey Camp - July 8 to July 13, 2012
Jasper Hockey Camp - July 29 to August 3, 2012
Sylvan Lake Women and Girls Hockey Camp - August 20 to August 25, 2012

Sylvan Lake and Jasper are vacation resorts, therefore many families combine their holiday with the camp. For those who are unable to do this, there are dorm facilities right in the rink.

In this camp situation, the students develop the friendships that they would miss otherwise. The dorm is equipped with individual beds and activities outside include pick up games, a river raft tour, hiking in Jasper, as well as the waterslides and beach fun in Sylvan Lake.

Supervision in the dorm is done by four camp counselors and one night watch man, so the students are well looked after.

Hearty, well balanced meals are prepared in the cafeteria. In Jasper, the meals are on site. In Sylvan Lake, the meals are served across from the Arena at the Curling Rink.

All in all, the live in students have that little extra bond with the school because they make it their home away from home.
